Great office staff, very clean, quiet. Convenient

Spacious rooms at a great location. No complaints about neighbors, but still haven't met many of them either.

HIghly recommend HL to them and refer them to a leasing agent.

The location of the Heinz Lofts is great I love living close to the North Shore trail and easy access to downtown. The building is very clean and safe and for the most part, quiet.

Heinz Lofts are beautiful units, new and spacious. The location is perfect, it's just outside of downtown and walking distance to the stadiums. The staff is the best you'll meet anywhere - they're always willing to help! Anything from being locked out, helping move a heavy box, having resident parties and everything in between.

Quite, peaceful and easy to manage, work with administration.

It's really nice and quiet ,, it's a little bit pricey but it worth it.

For the most part, it makes my life easier and more productive living here. I feel safe and secure. I love the business center and the hot tub/sauna. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly.

It's a great location, the building is taken very good care of. The staff is excellent.

It's a quiet place for the most part where you do not necessarily get to know your neighbors all that well. But the staff is very friendly and even more helpful with all needs or questions. If someone were looking for great downtown living the Heinz lofts are where I want to be.

I love the safety and security of the complex. Everything is so convenient, from the parking garage to the on site gym. The gym could be better, maybe with free weights or a stair climber, but that is being nit picky. The apartments are quiet, and very modern.

Great location and great service from the staff.

It's a nice environment, close to the city and the hospitals. Good for professionals and young adults.
